Carol is an amazing house cleaner. I moved to Chandler from out of state and was worried about finding someone as good as the cleaner I had previously. Carol has filled her shoes and more! We can’t give enough praise for Carol’s work! We’ve known her and been using her services for more than 6 years. This is our third house that we moved to and Carol is always with us! This house is more than 4,500 sqft and we have weekly cleanings with Carol! First, she always communicates and confirms her appointment the day before. She shows up on time and is always considerate about any special requests that we may have, like moving or skipping our regular cleaning day due to a child’s illness or school holiday, etc. Then, it is her work - we’ve never seen a person with such an attention to detail - Carol cleans everywhere, she removes rugs, she moves furniture to clean behind. She makes the kitchen shine again and we are heavy kitchen users - daily cooking and baking. At the end of the day the house is clean and shiny and smells like new! We are thankful and happy that we have Carol to take care of our house! She even agrees to come over and water the plants if we happen to travel or be out of town. We have two vacation houses that we rent furnished. We have been using Carol for at least 6 years and are so pleased with her work. It is very hard to find a good cleaner that is also consistent. Carol is that for sure. I never have to worry that the work will not be completed to her high standard. She does everything from deep cleaning after a move out to weekly or monthly cleaning for tenants that wish her service. I have never had anyone complain and have I had a complaint with her. We were clients of Carol's for many years. She's extraordinary. Her cleanings she had done for us and were above and beyond. Her deep clean sessions are thorough and I mean thorough. The things Carol is willing to clean is well just amazing. As an example. I know the next time Carol comes she will be cleaning the oven! My only though there was that I can't remember ever having someone who's cleaned the oven as well. To me, that says two things: she's way thorough and willing to do more than the mile (you'll need an odometer to measure the distance Carol goes).
With Carol, the thing that really sets her apart from the other cleaning professionals is that she treats you like a person, a human being, and adds personal touches after cleaning every so often. Just a short time back, I came home to a gift basket and then another time, noticed vases in the bath and kitchen sink with flowers. Totally unexpected.

Of the ones we had contacted, essential what you end up with is whoever is on staff with the cleaning service you get and if you're fortunate, you may get the same person a few subsequent times as well. Carol took the time to survey the areas to be cleaned. Because Carol is so thorough, it has actually resulted in less visits than the other service we had been using. Carol does an amazing job and just takes the time to be thorough. She always arrives early and if she can fit you in early, she does. She's dependable, flexible, and extremely thorough.
